Good news, winter is over and we're golfing and building.
After a long, brutal winter, spirits are high at Stonegate. April was a great month for both golfers and Stonegate. The golf course handled winter with no problems. Even with a little rain, golf rounds were up and play moved at a good pace. Once again the Grille was enjoyed as the gathering place to visit with friends we haven’t seen since fall.
Golfers also got a surprise on hole # 6 with the new construction of our Energy Star Home (Green Home). Stonegate continues to excel in respecting our environment. You can contact Steve Mastella for more information on energy savings, tax credits or to purchase this home.
